Kenneth H. Sauer, professor emeritus of chemistry at the University of California, Berkeley and a Faculty Senior Scientist in the Molecular Biophysics and Integrated Bioimaging Division at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, passed away on the 6th of November 2022 at the age of 91. Ken was one of the major leaders in photosynthesis research and was involved in educating several generations of scientists.
