BIT OF EVERYTHING. WHAT CAN WE EXPECT OVERNIGHT? STORMS ARE BACK IN THE FORECAST OVERNIGHT. IT’S DRY RIGHT NOW. BUT YOU CAN SEE THAT RAIN MOVING TOWARDS BELOIT JANESVILLE RIGHT NOW. SO HERE IN THE NEXT HOUR AND A HALF OR SO, WE’LL START TO SEE MORE OF THIS CLOSER TO LAKE MICHIGAN. SO WE’RE NOT DONE WITH THE RAIN, THE STORMS JUST YET. THE GOOD NEWS IS THE LINE THAT’S MOVING IN OVER THE LAST 4 OR 5 HOURS HAS HAD TORNADO WARNINGS, SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNINGS.

FORECAST. WE’RE DRY RIGHT NOW, AND I THINK WE SHOULD EVEN SEE A LITTLE BIT OF SUNSHINE TO KICK OFF THE DAY TODAY. THIS AFTERNOON. MAYBE NOT A COMPLETE WASHOUT. WE COULD HAVE SOME POCKETS OF DRY TIME, BUT RAIN IS LOOKING LIKELY BY THIS AFTERNOON. SO IF YOU’RE HEADED TO HARLEY DAVIDSON FOR THAT EASTER EGG HUNT THIS MORNING, KEEP AN EYE OUT.

A round of severe storms moved through southeast Wisconsin Friday morning, bringing large hail to parts of the area. Now the Weather Watch 12 Team is keeping a close eye on chance for another round of severe storms later this afternoon. Right now, the Storm Prediction Center has much of SEWI in the yellow, which is a risk 2 of 5 for severe weather later today. Here’s the timeline:Expect windy but quiet weather. Temperatures area-wide are expected to climb into the 50s and 60s.

THERE COULD BE A RUMBLE OF THUNDER. I THINK THAT’S MORE LIKELY NORTH, BUT MOST OF OUR SUNDAY IS DRY ACROSS SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN. NOTICE THAT LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM. THERE’S A WARM FRONT. THERE’S A COLD FRONT WAY OFF TO OUR WEST. BUT IT’S THE DYNAMICS OF THIS SYSTEM THAT WILL IMPACT US TODAY, TOMORROW, AND THEN DROP OUR TEMPERATURES AS WE HEAD INTO THE DAY ON TUESDAY. LET’S GET TO THE BOTTOM LINE. WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW IF YOU HAVE SOME OUTDOOR PLANS TODAY? MOST OF THE DAY IS DRY AND BREEZY.

And just like that precip is *slowly* starting to overcome the dry air. Still looking like mainly light showers and a few flurries through this evening. https://t.co/u7a6jP0ksg

Dry air is holding on even longer than we were anticipating... We still have a chance for some light showers and a few flurries later this evening, but the impacts are looking even smaller. https://t.co/3mQEGgwNlA

Dry air is still winning in SEWI! Cold rain and slushy snow move in later this afternoon and evening. We won't see much accumulation, but there could be some slush on grassy surfaces, and snow flakes could lower visibility at times during the evening commute. https://t.co/gW29noJ5Sn
