It’s beloved. It’s iconic. It’s 24 minutes of pure Jewish nostalgia. I have loved “A Rugrats Passover” since it first aired in 1994, when I was a wee 8-year-old delighted by the fact that my favorite babies on TV celebrated the same holiday as I did. Now that it’s cold and dark by 5 p.m., my regular after-work trip to the playground with my daughter has been replaced by a visit to the play area of our local library.
