I have this personal theory: 90% of the modern humans are worrying about their food choices either to lose weight or to get healthier. I might be wrong, but the point is why is eating healthy so hard? What we consider healthy is not often what is considered convenient or tasty or filling. Add to that the business of modern lives. Most often, eating is fitting into our lives, vs we are fitting life around eating well.

To the Editor: HLA-matched sibling donor transplantation accounts for the majority of transplants performed for sickle cell disease (SCD). However, only about 18% of patients in the United States with SCD will have unaffected human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-matched siblings or one with sickle trait, limiting applicability.
