Shocking footage of a 5-year-old being forced to vape in a school bathroom has emerged online. The clip was filmed at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Lifelong Learning School. A teacher at the school contacted news site TMJ4 News, who then spoke to the child’s horrified mom. “My daughter told me, and then my niece had said there’s a video, and I was like ‘get the video’,” the woman, who wants to remain anonymous for fear of retaliation, said.
