Born November 6, 1939 in Buchanan County, VA she was the daughter of the late George Wimmer and Adna Keen Wimmer. Before retirement Millie worked as a custodian for McDowell County Schools and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in War.

Nola Joan Milam, 54, of Covel, died Tuesday, April 23, 2024. Born October 7, 1969 in Mullens, she was the daughter of the late Nathan Shrewsbury and Bonnie G. Mills Shrewsbury. Nola loved to cook and ride ATVs in the mountains. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Lonnie Shrewsbury and Lennie Shrewsbury.

John Wilson “Fuzzy” Heath, 74, of Princeton, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at Mercer Nursing and Rehabilitation in Bluefield, WV. Born December 13, 1949, in Princeton, he was the son of the late Fred S. Heath and Gladys Carter Heath. Before retirement, he worked as a coal miner and multitude of other jobs and hobbies. Fuzzy was a true people person. He was a member of the Moose Lodge where he held many administrative positions, and the Princeton Masonic Lodge # 134 AF&AM.

Jackie M. Stewart, 76, of Scott Depot, WV, passed away on April 24, 2024, at home surrounded by her family. Jackie Marie Stewart was born February 19, 1948, in Charleston, WV, and was the daughter of Charles Monroe “Pete” Whidby and Betty Mae Fizer Whidby. She was a 1966 graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School and retired from White Dodge Kia in 2014. Jackie loved the Lord, and Jesus took her by the hand on April 24, 2024, while surrounded by her loving family.
