Love reading about libraries as much as you love reading? Please enjoy this love letter to libraries and the people who work there. And help support more work like this by becoming a free or paid subscriber. Your support makes this possible. I love libraries. Over the years, I’ve accumulated library cards like talismans. I write about motherhood and feminism, which sometimes means I cover things like 6 women doing space tourism and calling it an important feminist act. If you enjoy reading about these sorts of topics, please consider becoming a free or paid subscriber. I debated writing about this because so many people on the internet are already talking about the “historic all-female spaceflight” that launched 6 women into space on Monday April 14th. And yet, something about this is event keeps tugging on me.
