Bessel beams have been generated using different methods, such as Axicon lens, digital micromirror device (DMD), etc. Due to the infinite energy requirement of ideal Bessel beams in all space, the generated Bessel beams are more appropriately called Bessel-like beams in practice, which are approximations of the ideal Bessel beams. In this work, we theoretically investigated the generation of Bessel-like beams using annular patterns loaded on a DMD based on the scalar diffraction theory.

As electric car age, Battery Electric Vehicles batteries are increasingly being disassembled at end of life of battery cells. In general, it can be stated that their design has not considered the disassembly of batteries in the best possible way, thinking about secondary use or efficient recycling. This paper has collected tested methods found in the literature or laser processes in use for dismantling battery packs, especially for the second life use of battery cells.
