Dale and Micah Phillips had legal access to two paper roads owned by the Crown when they purchased their home in Tarana 17 years ago. One of Australia's biggest online retailers has collapsed owing millions of dollars to its customers, who say they raised concerns with authorities for months. A liquidators report revealed T & R Sports International, which also operated Sports Leisure and Bike Scooter Hub, is $11 million in the red. Around $7 million is owed to secured creditors, while just over $4.5 million is owed to thousands of customers.

Ray White has apologised and compensated a disabled renter forced out of a granny flat in Sydney's west after it emerged he should never have been allowed to live in what was advertised as "in-law accommodation". Mathew and his mother Sue rented a property in Colyton for $700 a week, which included a home and a granny flat equipped with an oven and shower.
