Princess Catharina-Amalia has been pictured with her arm in a cast and sling as she took part in her first royal engagement since a nasty break during a horse riding accident. The heir to the Dutch throne was seen arriving at the event with her father King Willem-Alexander, holding onto the 58-year-old for guidance. The 21-year-old was forced to undergo surgery on her arm on June 10 after she was thrown from her horse, the Royal House of the Netherlands said.
