According to a press release, 65-year-old Richard Boerger, killed by a driver while on a stroll with his sweetheart of eight years, Carmen Gonzalez, this Valentine's Day. The driver was allegedly speeding down the residential road in Covina, Calif., which does not have a sidewalk.
