The loved ones of a man they say was struck and killed by a driver in Covina are looking for justice, and KNX News' Nataly Tavidian was at the scene where a memorial has gone up to honor him. According to a press release, 65-year-old Richard Boerger, killed by a driver while on a stroll with his sweetheart of eight years, Carmen Gonzalez, this Valentine's Day. The driver was allegedly speeding down the residential road in Covina, Calif., which does not have a sidewalk.
