Syracuse N.Y. — The average home price in two Onondaga County towns grew at least 18% compared to the same time in 2024, according to new data. Skaneateles had the largest increase in average home sale price for Onondaga County at 21.3%. So far this year, 13 homes have been sold in the town. This means homes in the town, on average, sold for $1.035 million. That’s an increase of $181,500 compared to the same time last year.
