Syracuse N.Y. — The average home sale price in three Onondaga County towns increased at least 15% compared to this time in 2024, according to new data. Skaneateles had the biggest jump in average home sale price at 21.3%. Homes in the town sell for an average of $1.035 million, which is $181,500 more than this point last year. Elbridge’s average home sale price increased 18.4%, good for second-highest in the county.

Skaneateles had the largest increase in average home sale price for Onondaga County at 21.3%. So far this year, 13 homes have been sold in the town. This means homes in the town, on average, sold for $1.035 million. That’s an increase of $181,500 compared to the same time last year.

Syracuse N.Y. — Several of the top high schools in the Syracuse metropolitan area were ranked within the top 1,000 nationally in the most recent rankings by U.S. News & World Report. Skaneateles High School was the highest-ranked public high school in the Syracuse metro area in the latest rankings. Skaneateles ranked 65th in the state and 538th nationally, according to U.S. News. Fayetteville-Manlius High School ranked second in the Syracuse metro area, 79th in the state and 706th in the nation.
