Sands: International Film Festival of St Andrews has revealed details of the lineup for the fourth edition of the festival, which will take place from 25 to 27 April. Book Tickets. The festival, founded by production company AGBO in 2021, will this year open with James Griffiths’ comedy The Ballad of Wallis Island, featuring Tim Key, Tom Basden and Carey Mulligan, in which a lottery winner pays his favourite folk duo to reunite and perform a concert on his remote island.
