Bahrain is preparing to host the third Asian Youth Games from 22-31 October, bringing together more than 2000 young athletes aged 14-17 from 45 countries. The announcement was made during a grand ceremony at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Manama, where the official logo was unveiled. Organised in less than a year following the withdrawal of the original host Uzbekistan, the Games will feature 21 sports and 26 disciplines, with 207 events planned.
