Clarksville, Ark.-119 University of the Ozarks student-athletes have been named to the 2022-23 Academic All-Conference Team by the American Southwest Conference, it was announced by the league office August 2.       To be eligible for ASC Academic All-Conference honors, student-athletes must have been in attendance and completed at least one academic year (two consecutive semesters) at their institution. They must also have a 3.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA) after the spring semester.

Bring the milk to a gentle simmer ensuring it does not catch to the bottom of the pot and scald, infuse with the shallot, garlic, clove and bay leaf. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until foaming. Add flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbling. Remove from heat. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly, until mixture is smooth. Return to heat.
