Cowlitz County ended the year with 69 more homes on the market compared to the year before, but increased supply has not translated to lower housing prices. The median home price for the county rose 4.9% from a year ago to $395,000 at a time when active listings jumped 40.8% to 238 at the end of December, according to numbers provided by the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.
