AnimalsMale and female C57BL/6J mice (8 weeks of age) were purchased from Jackson Laboratory (#000664). Mice were allowed to habituate to the animal facility for at least 7 d before the start of experimentation. All mice were housed in Lab Products Super Mouse 750 Ventilated Cages with Diamond Soft paper bedding on a standard 12 h light/dark cycle at 22–25°C with food (LabDiet 5LOD) and water available ad libitum.
