West Coast great Luke Shuey has been seriously impressed by youngster Elijah Hewett's development this season. Carlton will have some more injury concerns surrounding their players after their 15-point victory against St Kilda. They managed to beat the Saints 77 to 62 in their Friday night clash at the MCG for Spud’s Game, with the Blues leading for the majority of the game. But Carlton did have their struggles throughout the match, with four Carlton players suffering injuries and two of those players not returning to the game. The first player to be taken off the field was Mitch McGovern.
