Coca-Cola is bringing back its ‘Share a Coke’ campaign, with personalised bottles and cans returning to stores this month. Share a Coke first launched in Australia in 2011, replacing the Coca-Cola logo with personalised names and returned in 2019 and 2020. The new iteration builds on the original concept by focusing on celebrating friendship groups, offering a wide range of popular and diverse names and nicknames on Coca-Cola Classic, Coke Zero Sugar and Diet Coke across various sizes.

The average price of unleaded petrol in Australia rose 0.1¢ to 179.3¢ a litre nationally in the week ending 6 April, according to the Australian Institute of Petroleum’s ‘Weekly Petrol Prices’ report. The average national weekly metropolitan retail price rose 0.3¢ to 178.9¢ a litre, while the regional price fell 0.1¢ to 180.3¢ a litre.

Mars Wrigley Australia has invested $6.5 million into a new production line, expected to increase capacity at its gum and mints factory in Asquith by more than 60%. Located north of Sydney, the Asquith facility is solely responsible for manufacturing all locally made Mars Wrigley gum and mints products sold in Australia, including brands such as Extra, Eclipse, PK and Juicy Fruit.
