Freehold condo The Botanic on Lloyd achieved the highest psf-price among the private non-landed developments to set a new psf-price record for the period between Jan 3 and Jan 11. The new price peak stemmed from the Jan 7 sale of a 2,056 sq ft, four-bedroom unit on the second floor for $5.13 million, or $2,493 psf. The new record price surpassed the former high of $2,339 psf by 6.6%.
