    MADISON – Jack Kovacs didn’t allow a nagging hamstring injury from keeping him out of the biggest game to date and neither did an early 4-0 deficit. In his first start since tweaking his hamstring earlier this month, the Hanover Park junior tossed six innings to lead the Hornets to a 15-5 win over Wood-Ridge in six innings in a North 2, Group 1 quarterfinal contest on May 29 at Vincent J. and Lenda F. Naimoli Ballpark at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
