The person wasn't sure if you could develop ADHD later in life after not showing any signs while you were a child. So, I wanted to share my thoughts on the matter. And if you were just diagnosed with ADHD - this is probably what happened. So, as a child, you'll always have symptoms of ADHD. Whether that's hyperactivity, inattention, or bad spatial awareness.     Short answer: You can't. Long answer: You know nothing and therefore, you have nothing. And there's so much contradictory information out there that it can be hard to know your next steps. So my two sense? You need to start writing. Not writing on social media specifically. Just write in a journal. Think back to when you were younger. What did you enjoy? What did you learn in school? What hobbies do you like pursuing? What things were you good at? Answer those questions.
