Ahead of his first tour in Australia, Lil Lotus stopped by the idobi Radio studios in North Hollywood, CA and chatted with Nick Major about the upcoming tour (and the horrifying story of a house centipede that prepared him for the spiders down under). They also dive into the deluxe version of his album nosebleeder and the numerous other projects he’s working on like Hospital and If I Die First. Lil Lotus is entering his 30s sober.

If you grew up in the ‘90s and early/mid-00s, you know damn well that The Lonely Island and Weird Al Yankovic were the names of parody music. In 2015, Frank Zummo joined Sum 41. Since taking over on drums for the storied group, they’ve released two full-length albums and are gearing up to drop their final double album, Heaven :x: Hell, out March 29 via Rise Records. The ending of Sum 41 is a weird thought. He was learning some of the trickiest songs around in the metalcore-glory days of the early 2010s, including many of my personal favorites: The Devil Wears Prada and A Day To Remember. This led to the formation of Farewell, My Love in 2011. A band who stopped by idobi Radio for a session back in 2016 and the project I met Chad with.
