Even though Blizzard hasn’t announced when the next phase of the Classic anniversary realms will actually launch, but we know Phase 5 of the anniversary realms is coming soon. In fact, we expect Phase 5 to arrive June 26, 2025. While this release date is just speculation, it’s based on the schedule Blizzard has set so far.

Much like the previous Classic expansions, we can expect the Cataclysm Classic realms to turn into Mists of Pandaria Classic realms when the Mists Classic pre-patch rolls out on the week of July 1.

This week, Wizards of the Coast updated the System Reference Document (SRD) for Dungeons and Dragons to version 5.2, making the game’s 2024 rules available in an open source format. The document includes thebasic 2024 ruleset but also includes an expanded amount of content from the previous 5.1 version, which included the rules from the original 2014 edition of D&D 5e.

A bunch of new profession recipes have been added to WoW Classic Season of Discovery as part of Phase 8’s outdoor content in New Avalon. These recipes are rewards for completing quests around New Avalon, opposed to being randomized drops like the Scarlet disguise recipes, and yield endgame level items that are useful in a pinch or as long-term staples.
