AbstractIn addition to the issues pointed out in Tabin et al (1), the MZR data from Zhang et. al 2022 are suggestive of high levels of contamination from a source similar to modern Han Chinese, the majority population in the country where MZR was sequenced. In fact, MZR can be modeled entirely as Han-related ancestry and noise. These results raise further concerns about the veracity of the MZR data and thus the paper's historical conclusions.

OK, it is, quite frankly, too early to be doing this. But with the regular season over we have a full data set to work with, and with several says before the playoffs begin I just happen to have a window of free time to do some research and writing. So here we go. Is this the best Silvertips team ever? There are simple ways to try and answer that question. We can use standard measures like winning percentage, goal differential, team accomplishments (including playoff success), etc.
