Silverdale, Wash. - Lyndee Cowan took over as the Quality Assurance (QA) director, Trident Refit Facility, Bangor (TRFB), in August, 2024. Cowan began her federal career at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) as a welder apprentice in 2001. In 2008 Cowan took her first QA position as a nuclear inspector and then transitioned to a non-nuclear auditor from 2009 to 2014.
