They started arriving in the Palm Beach County courtroom around 10 a.m. to make their first appearances for crimes that range from leaving the scene of a crash involving death to official misconduct.

A Delray Beach spokesperson confirmed Chief Russ Mager has submitted his resignation. According to his resignation letter, his final day will be July 4.
