(CBS12) — The Loxahatchee man who allegedly stockpiled guns and ammunition before being arrested late last month for threats against multiple locations has agreed to give up all of them and not have any more for the next year. Court records show Damien Blade Allen agreed to the Risk Protection Order filed by prosecutors the day before his April 29 arrest.

The National Park Service released details about the incident Wednesday, explaining that the 47-year-old man approached the giant herbivore on Sunday and got too close. “Wildlife in Yellowstone are wild and can be dangerous,” it reminded potential visitors. The man, whose name was not released, suffered minor injuries from the goring and was treated by medical personnel.
