The inaugural Afterlife Festival in Mexico City has been canceled by its organizers. The news came arrives just over a month after the festival's announcement. Despite Afterlife's Anyma and MRAK missing the event in the Mexican capital, they will still be performing in Barcelona in June for the remaining leg of the Afterlife Festival.

Two of electronic music's most illustrious festival organizers, Tomorrowland and Insomniac Events, are set to join forces for a new event series at the Vegas Sphere. Coming to the record-breaking, $2.3 billion venue this year is UNITY, a new collaborative event from the EDM powerhouses. Debuting at the Sphere over Labor Day Weekend from August 29-31, the audiovisual show marks the first time Tomorrowland and Insomniac have partnered.

Electronic music fans can now discover club nights in their city through a new app, Dancefloor. Available now on iPhones and Android devices, the app aims to provide "the best place to discover DJs and club nights in your city." With three major sections on its platform, Dancefloor displays to users nearby events, DJs in their area and venues that regularly host branded club nights. Users can view each venue's calendar of events and purchase tickets in-app.

After conquering the world's most talked-about stage within the Vegas Sphere's inner sanctum, Massano is ready to release his debut album. The young DJ and producer has been on a tear lately, with a recent DJ set in support of Anyma's historic Sphere residency as well as upcoming performances at Coachella and Ultra Music Festival. He also recently closed 2024 with the release of one of the year's biggest techno records, "Angel In The Dark," alongside Anyma and Nathan Nicholson.
