    The majority of staff in adland believe their company fails to provide enough transparency around salaries, research by Campaign has found. A total of 86% said their employer was either “not at all” (47%) or “not very” (39%) transparent over pay. Only 14% of people taking part in the survey said their organisation was transparent (12% “fairly” and 2% “extremely”), marked by their employers publishing either salaries or pay bandings across the whole company and different levels.
