INTRODUCTION Vaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (vNOTES) is an emerging novel minimally invasive surgical approach with potential benefits for patients with obesity. Currently, surgical options for hysterectomy include laparotomy, laparoscopy, robotic, and vaginal. Obesity is an important and increasingly relevant consideration for surgical planning, given its associated risks and comorbidities.
