DigitalC got its start roughly a decade ago as an organization dedicated to digital literacy and skills training. Since then, DigitalC has started deploying its fixed wireless access network—Canopy—throughout the community, which currently advertises 100/100 Mbit/s service at $18/month. The city of Cleveland inked a $20 million contract with DigitalC in September 2023, with funds awarded from the American Rescue Plan.
