A woman says an obstetrician-gynecologist is partially to blame for her child’s neurological condition, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia heard on Tuesday. The woman, whose identity is protected by a publication ban, filed a complaint with the college against Dr. Manivasan Moodley in April 2021. Moodley, a Sydney-based doctor, is before a hearing panel of the college for allegations of professional misconduct and incompetence concerning three separate patients.
