I learned the importance of saying no at a very early age and from then until high school I was pretty good at saying it when I needed to (and sometimes when I didn’t need to.) When I got to college however, it seemed to have gotten a little more difficult. Maybe I was caught up in the fact that you’re supposed to be so involved in college you don’t have time to breathe, or maybe I just forgot how to say it to people.

Are leggings pants? According to Merriam-Webster’s dictionary, the definition of pants is “a piece of clothing usually reaching from the waist to the ankle and covering each leg separately.” To my knowledge, leggings do just that!Of course, there is the argument that leggings are too tight and too thin of a material to be pants. Well, heck to that! It’s not like you’re walking around without pants at all. Everything is covered when you’re wearing leggings.

The mascot for my college is not a tree nut with a face on it, and the colors are not scarlet and grey. They aren’t even close. My school is in Athens, not Columbus. The differences are endless. Please get your colleges straight. Nope, those aren’t people. They’re hills. Very, very big hills…with names. Please do not mention THAT school.
