    So then, what do they have? I learned recently that only 30–50% of people have some sort of inner monologue. This is utterly mind-blowing to me. In fact, my inner voice has a lot to say on this… mostly questions, like the following:Is it because I do have an inner monologue that sometimes I’m not sure if I just thought something to myself or if I actually said it out loud? And vice versa. Sometimes I will think I told my husband something, but really I must have just thought it to myself.
