Thanks Penny. It’s a tricky one but I find that attitude so odd… it’s like: we just sucked it up and got on with it so why can’t you..? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great story @nikibezzant I feel exactly the same. We don't want #menopauseawareness to be coddled. We want it for empathy and understanding and so we even know wtf is going on with ourselves and where to get help if we need it. It shouldn't be so hard to have informed choices.
