RUTHERFORD COUTNY, Tenn. (WKRN) — He’s internationally known as one of the world’s best Buck dancers and he’s from right here in Middle Tennessee. His name is Thomas Maupin, and his life’s mission is not just to dance, but to share his love of dance with anyone willing to learn. “I can hardly remember when I didn’t dance,” explained Thomas Maupin. For Maupin, dancing is just second nature.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — It happens all too often: Someone in need of medical attention, whether it be cardiac arrest or CPR, and time is of the essence. But recently in Williamson County, a man’s life was saved by someone who stepped up. Ordinary heroes doing extraordinary things – that’s exactly what happened Aug. 26 in Brentwood. “He went into cardiac arrest while playing pickleball,” said Lt. Scott Barnes with Brentwood Fire and Rescue.
