    On Thursday I met with Katrina from Eleve MedSpa for my one month Vitality Program coaching appointment. We talked about how the program is going. Everything is going well, but I have been dealing with a little bit of stress lately because there are some major changes coming to my job, the kids are very busy, my husband is traveling a lot for work, and finding the time to go to the gym is also stressing me out.

    Week 3 and I am down 9.5 pounds since starting the Eleve MedSpa Vitality Program and I am still feeling great! Still sleeping great, my energy is still rockin all day long, and I’m down a pants size so that’s awesome!My husband has made all the diet and exercise changes that I have because he too needed to get healthier. For years he’s had high cholesterol, not to the point he needs to be on medication, but high enough to want to reverse it.

    Three weeks into the Vitality Program through Eleve MedSpa and I’m feeling great. This week’s challenge, it’s my husband’s birthday on Monday. We can’t celebrate a birthday without a cake can we? I reached out to my health coach, Katrina and she gave me some great advice and suggestions.

    I’m two weeks into the Eleve MedSpa Vitality Program and I’m pretty happy so far. I’ve already told you how much better I’m sleeping and that I lost two pounds last week. Well, this week I’m still sleeping well, and I lost another 4 pounds so I’m down a total of 6 pounds in two weeks. I don’t feel as stressed about this as I have when I’ve done other programs. Yes, there are restrictions, but there are also good substitutions and if you mess up it’s okay just pick up again and you’ll be okay.

    WOW! My visit to Eleve MedSpa was enlightening! As I’ve written in previous blogs, I had two assessment appointments to determine baselines that the doctors use to determine a plan to help me live healthier longer. The Results and the Plan:Prediabetes – The glucose test revealed that my glucose and insulin levels are too high. This tells us that I am at risk for developing Type II diabetes if I don’t make adjustments now. Changes in diet and increased exercise will help turn things around here.
