    I pondered the title of this blog. I wasn’t sure whether it was more about a culture of professional learning. But, having looked at the list that I threw down at the airport earlier this week, I felt that the points were broader than this. Teaching and learning is served by CPD – CPD is how we make things happen. This post looks at building T&L more holistically. It is not a flow chart, nor is it an exhaustive list.

    I’ve been thinking a lot about CPD recently. Who am I kidding? That sentence should be, I think a lot about CPD. Full stop. In particular, I’ve been pondering the ‘content’ of CPD as opposed to the model or mechanisms that act as the vehicle for this professional learning.
