I have been meaning to write about this for a while - it's close to my heart as a Welsh history and heritage enthusiast. Being a Welshman living overseas, I often feel a strong sense of detachment from the events going on back home. The beauty of running Welsh Histories is that I have the luxury of being able to focus on our past rather than worry about our future or, indeed, our present. Regardless, I do try to stay as informed as possible.

When American muscle cars are now capable of 1,300 horsepower, it is hardly surprising that the United States dominates this market.

My latest article for @BylinesCymru talks about how native Welsh historic sites are deserving of more attention.

Inattention to native Welsh heritage sites harms our history Both native and non-native Welsh sites like standing stones and castles built by the occupying English matter to our heritage. But one is more vulnerable than the other. ✍️ @WelshHistories https://t.co/1KoI3I66p2
