Why I Love Fresh Sends When I got the delivery notification for my arrangement (right on time, might I add), I went down to my package room and picked up the box. I opened it in my apartment and was immediately delighted by the explosion of color inside. Not only was the box itself way cuter than your average delivery box, but the flowers were wrapped in mock-newspaper packaging, which added to their breezy, handpicked aesthetic.

It made me think about how whenever I have to buy something, whether it’s a dress for a special occasion or a new piece of furniture to replace an old stoop find, I never see anything good.

What Is the Pierce & Ward Lacquered Nightstand? The collaboration as a whole looks very vintage-inspired, and something I noticed about many of the pieces is that they have cool curves, whether it's a dining chair with a swooping back or a bed frame with a curved, cushy headboard. This nightstand fits right in with the other furnishings, thanks to its rounded corners, which simultaneously make it look less harsh and give it a charming '70s aesthetic.
