In keeping with stereotypes of computer nerds, I keep odd hours and when I do sleep (if at all) it's often under the blue-white glow of a laptop screen. Like many kids and adults, a soft light helps me feel comforted at night (and helps my clumsy self from tripping over furniture). But not all glows are created equal.
