The analysis describes temporal trends in CVD death rates from 2010 to 2022 and estimates excess CVD deaths from 2020 to 2022.

Findings  In this cross-sectional study of 8 590 988 nulliparous individuals with a live birth in the US between 2014 and 2019, preterm birth rates were significantly lower among non–US-born individuals compared with US-born individuals.
