Sonoma Bever’s ability to balance her responsibility as an attacking threat and a playmaker that sets up teammates was crucial for Madison Edgewood this past week. The senior forward had two goals and two assists in the Crusaders 4-0 win over Reedsburg. “Her first goal in the Reedsburg game was generated purely by her strength and determination,” Madison Edgewood coach Chris Martinelli said. Bever had two more assists against Cedarburg, as the Crusaders prevailed with a 2-1 victory.
