Austrian digital advocacy group NOYB, led by privacy activist Max Schrems, expressed concerns about Meta Platforms' plan to use the personal data of Europeans to train its AI models. Berkshire Hathaway chair Warren Buffett proved once again his foresight for businesses when he sold over a million shares of DaVita a day before the dialysis service provider was sued. Buffett sold 1,145,938 shares of DaVita worth £126.23 million ($168.57 million) on 8th May, according to a Form 4 filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. He still owns 33,996,541 shares of the company worth billions of dollars.

New Hampshire lawmakers recently voted to pass House Bill 302, which will allow the state to invest in precious metals and digital assets. State Governor Kelly Ayotte wrote in a post on X, formerly Twitter, that New Hampshire is the first state in the US to establish its own crypto reserve. 'Just signed a new law allowing our state to invest in cryptocurrency and precious metals,' Ayotte said. State Representative Keith Ammon is the primary sponsor of the bill.

Young US adults still believe in the American Dream of becoming financially successful by working hard and finding happiness. However, many remain doubtful of its achievability due to economic roadblocks, per UCLA's Center for Scholars and Storytellers report. The report surveyed 1,500 people aged between 14 and 27 and found that 86% still like the idea of the American Dream and want to pursue it. However, 60% think it would be a difficult journey, primarily due to economic obstacles.
