Sudán y la amenaza paramilitar: Unirse o morir de hambre El año pasado en Sudán, el grupo paramilitar conocido como Fuerzas de Apoyo Rápido o RSF, por sus siglas en inglés, ingresó al estado central de Al Jazirah. Según más de tres decenas de testigos, desde entonces han exigido que hombres y niños se unan a sus filas, forzándolos con la retención de alimentos y suministros.

"Me acusaron de cooperar con los servicios de inteligencia del ejército sudanés y solo me liberaron tras la intervención de uno de mis amigos, que se unió a las RSF", declaró a CNN el comerciante, que no quiso dar su nombre por motivos de seguridad. Pero su amigo no podía garantizar su seguridad en el futuro, dijo el comerciante.
