Is there anything more quintessentially Welsh than the sight of the national rugby team standing proud on the sacred ground of the Principality Stadium, belting out the national anthem with the three feathers proudly displayed on their iconic red jerseys? Unfortunately, there's a slight issue with the crest that symbolises the Welsh Rugby Union. The emblem, featuring three white ostrich feathers set behind a golden coronet, actually represents an English figure, not a Welsh one.

Floral tributes by the roadside are a common, albeit sombre sight, usually marking the spot where someone has tragically lost their life. So when flowers appeared on Prince of Wales Road in Swansea, back in 2018, it likely didn't seem out of the ordinary to those passing by. However, a closer inspection of a note left with the flowers revealed a poignant message: "RIP Victims of September 9, 1950." This sparked curiosity on social media about what had transpired on that particular date.

Drivers were left stunned after spotting a caravan being towed down a road... by a mobility scooter. The unusual sight was captured on the streets of Rhyl, North Wales, in March 2022. Casey Hulme, who lives in nearby Prestatyn, was baffled when she spotted a young lad riding the scooter and dragging the massive caravan along the road with just a a single rope tied to the tow bar.
