RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - Friday, a naturalization ceremony was conducted at Mount Rushmore where more than 200 people became United State citizens. More than 40 countries were represented in the celebration. “This day means a lot to me, first and foremost because I get to stay here with my family. My husband is an American and I have a 2-year-old now so, it’s an opportunity for me to stay here with my family,” says Dr. Augustina Osabutey.
