A 39 year old Texas woman was murdered near Houston Lake late Sunday night, and the Harris County Sheriff's Office homicide division is investigating it as a domestic violence ambush that took place in the victim's drive way. Nearby surveillance cameras were able to capture the sound of several gunshots occurring a little after 11 PM last night, and when Emergency Medical Services arrived on the scene, they pronounced the woman dead.

Houston, Texas had multiple first responder teams called to assist just before 1 AM Sunday morning because a massive amount of gunfire took place at a party that has left at least one person dead, and fifteen others injured with many still in critical condition at last report. The casual Texas gathering turned violent when an uninvited person was asked to leave and as they did, they allegedly opened fire on the crowd.
