SUSPENDED Harare City Council town clerk Hosiah Chisango tried to bulldoze his way back to Town House after the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) dropped corruption charges against him. Chisango faced charges of illegally facilitating a US$9 million streetlights tender deal in favour of a company owned by Zanu PF linked businessmen Moses Mpofu and Mike Chimombe. Chisango was charged alongside Arkims Mandaza, Denford Zhungu and Tawanda Mutenhabundo.
