Revolution Beauty has seen a notable shift in its shareholder base, with UBS Group AG acquiring a 6.47% stake in the beauty brand. The announcement comes amid broader strategic changes at the company, including the upcoming departure of CEO Lauren Brindley. The Swiss investment bank’s acquisition, which was formally disclosed to the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority on 5 May, brings UBS’s total voting rights in Revolution Beauty to just over 20.6m shares.
